About the Role

We're looking for a self-driven Social Media Marketing Intern who can take an idea from brief to published post — independently. No hand-holding, no waiting for a crew. If you can spot a trend before it peaks, shoot and direct yourself, and make content that actually performs, this one's for you.

What You'll Do

• Ideate and execute short-form video content across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and similar formats

• Self-shoot, direct, and appear on camera — independently, using your phone or basic camera setup

• Stay ahead of trending audio, formats, and challenges; adapt them quickly to fit our brand

• Handle end-to-end basic editing — cuts, captions, transitions, and sound sync

• Engage with the community through comments, collabs, and duets

• Share weekly performance insights and flag what to test next

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable and natural on camera — not stiff, not scripted

• Sharp eye for trends across Instagram and YouTube Shorts

• Hands-on with mobile editing apps like InShot or similar tools

• A portfolio or active personal social presence is a strong plus

• Proactive mindset — brings ideas without being told what to make

• 2025 or 2026 graduate (any stream)

Work Details

• Locations: Delhi & Bangalore (in-office, full-time)

• Work Week: 6 days

• Requirement: Must have your own laptop

• Duration: 3 Months

Package: 10 - 12k per month
