Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our on-site team in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for a fresher or early-career marketer who wants hands-on experience across social media, content, SEO, and short-form video marketing while working on real client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage social media content across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Handle day-to-day social media posting, scheduling, and basic community engagement
• Create content including captions, post ideas, and creatives in coordination with the design team
• Write scripts for reels and short-form videos based on brand goals and trends
• Assist with SEO activities including on-page optimization and off-page link-building tasks
• Support content publishing, basic keyword research, and SEO execution
• Work closely with senior marketers to execute campaigns and improve performance
• Maintain content calendars and ensure timely execution of tasks

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of digital marketing fundamentals
• Knowledge of social media platforms and content formats
• Interest or basic experience in SEO (on-page and off-page)
• Ability to write clear, engaging content and reel scripts
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve continuously
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude

Good to Have

• Internship or hands-on project experience in digital marketing
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Docs, or basic SEO tools
• Understanding of Instagram Reels, trends, and short-form content
