Growth Marketer

About the Role

Yavar.ai is hiring its first full-time marketing hire, an Outbound & Growth Marketer who will own pipeline generation end-to-end.

You will be responsible for initiating and influencing high-quality conversations that convert into demos and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound & Account-Based Marketing (Core Focus)

• Build and manage targeted account lists (ICP-driven)
• Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns:
  • Cold email
  • Cold LinkedIn outreach
  • Cold calling
• Craft high-conversion messaging tailored to specific accounts
• Run Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns with precision
• Drive qualified pipeline and demo requests

2. Video & Messaging (High-Leverage Channel)

• Execute video-first outbound strategies
• Create:
  • Short-form outreach videos
  • Personalized video messages
  • Founder-led POV content
• Focus on high-signal content that drives replies, not just views
• Continuously test and optimize messaging formats

3. Content (Supporting Function, Not Core)

• Write strategic content aligned with outbound motion
• Publish:
  • Insight-driven LinkedIn posts
  • Positioning content
  • Narrative-building assets
• Ensure all content contributes to:
  • Credibility
  • Brand positioning
  • Pipeline generation
